Cold River Hardware - Hardware store, camping and river suppliesWelcome to Cold River Hardware, owned and operated by Bryan and Lori Shackelford. We are located downtown Leakey, Texas on Hwy. 83, directly across from the Real County Courthouse.

We are distributors for Orgill, Inc., the nation’s largest and fastest growing independently owned hardware distributor, operating five distribution centers across the country. Orgill is currently working on their 6th distribution center to be built in Texas.
